How do I start?

  2. I will call you and have an informal FREE chat about your needs, suitability and availability.

  3. I will book you in for an initial session.

  4. Paperwork and payment is made before you start.

  5. We start the work.

Sessions are 50 minutes long, they take place at my home office in Wheathampstead, Hertfordshire or online via Zoom.

I offer both short term work 6 to 8 sessions and long term work. If you have significant trauma long term weekly sessions will be recommended. 3 month +. The minimum commitment is 6 sessions.

Session cost £90.00, concessions available, please contact me directly.

Your weekly session time is allocated at our initial meeting, this is your time and we will meet weekly unless mutually agreed. In my experience this is the most productive model.

I will not shame you.

I will witness you. I will sit beside you and listen to your story with compassion and empathy. You will gain skills, you will learn how to manage your triggers. You will learn what your needs are, what you like/dislike. You will have time to explore.

I bring experience, insight & intuition to the session. For the session to be truly beneficial you have to invest. An internal motivation, a readiness to be supported, challenged and encouraged. Sometimes it may be uncomfortable, but part of you I suspect is uncomfortable already. Growth and healing doesn’t happen by accident, it is intentional. But it is possible!
